Industry Shakers and Movers Join Together
We can't help bragging, but we've got a terrific family tree. It started out small, but now it's a towering oak whose branches hold a recruiting leadership team with a combined experience of more than 80 years in the business.
And what experience!
Cary Tobolka, our president, has made quite a mark in management and recruiting in the Dallas area. For one thing, while Practice Manager at Management Alliance Group, he rebuilt the firm's Engineering Technical Recruiters (ETR) Division. He went on to establish and head the Recruiters Network Group, whose Technical Careers Division was named one of Dallas' Top Ten Recruiting/Search Firms.
One of the foundations for that recognition was an online database, the first of its kind, Virtual Recruiter, which Cary launched. It made the latest information on open positions accessible to recruiters, clients, and candidates. After serving as president of Power & Electronics Group Inc., he went on to become, as executive vice-president of the firm, one of only seven recruiters in the history of the Diversified Human Resources Group (DHRG) to win the Lombardi Award for outstanding profit-building services nationwide.
Scott Higby, Vice President of Recruiting and Business Development, also brings more than 30 years of staffing and recruiting experience to C-People. Another winner of the Lombardi Award as division manager at DHRG, he also won numerous top producer awards; his firm was named Agency of the Year three times under his leadership. He is known throughout the business world as the consummate professional who has accomplished world-class executive searches under the most difficult of circumstances.
